5 of us met at Kambah and drove to Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve. We took the road to the Mountain Creek car park.

Little to say, except that we had a pleasant wander up the Camel Back fire trail. A lot of recent widening, allowing better views down to the E. We didn't quite reach the top of Camels Hump, but enjoyed morning tea from a vantage point with a fantastic view south along the Tidbinbilla Range and west down to the Cotter River valley. Very healthy options all round. A stroll back down. But, rats, only 1313 calories ... 1313 divided by 135 calories per beer = ...?

Thanks for joining in Claire, Evan, Kim and Lily.

Distance: 12.4km Climb: 540m. Time: 7.40am - 11.00am (3hrs 20mins), with 25mins of breaks.
Grading: M/E; M(9)
