Track Notes

An overcast day most of the time, needing a light extra top. But very pleasant walking temperature.

After a few minutes walk along the road, we were straight into the conglomerate rock formations. No mucking around. A lovely ramble through the formations, down into the gullies and up onto the crests. The ridges were timbered, the under-story sparse, so easy walking.

The second part of the day, north of the Towrang Rd, had fewer rocks and more woodland.

A well planned and excellent day, thanks Ian and all.
